Replacement policy

Exchanges are accepted for unused products in their original condition with complete packaging and tags.
Replacements are not accepted for parts that have been altered, washed, or show signs of misuse.
A purchase invoice and a photo/video showing the condition of the item must be provided before starting the order.
In the absence of a manufacturing defect: the customer bears the shipping cost of the replacement.
In case of a manufacturing defect: the company will bear all shipping costs.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original condition with packaging and tags.
Products that have been altered, washed, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
A purchase invoice and a video showing the condition of the item must be provided before completing the order.
