Products showing signs of misuse or damage resulting from improper use will not be eligible for exchange.
Products that have been altered or washed cannot be exchanged.
A copy of the purchase invoice must be provided as a prerequisite for product exchange.
The customer is required to send a video showing the condition of the item before completing the replacement request.
In the absence of a manufacturing defect, the customer bears the shipping costs related to the replacement process.
If there is a manufacturing defect, the company will bear all shipping costs for the replacement process.

retrieval
